President's Concert

President’s Concert to Feature University’s Finest 音乐ians


Thirteen of the best and brightest musicians from Indiana State University’s School of 音乐 presented the 2022 President’s Concert at 2:00pm, 周日, 2月27日, in Boyce Recital Hall of the Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts. This year’s concert featured a wide variety of music from classical through contemporary eras by composers such as Beethoven, 巴赫, 莫扎特, 舒曼, Glazunov, and Richard Rodgers. Each student was selected to participate based on outstanding performances in each area of instrumental study during the fall semester. Participants included:

  • Morgan Adams (voice), a junior choral music education major from Wheatfield, IN
  • Josh Billik (voice), a senior music education major from Beeach Grove, IN
  • Nikelle Carlson (flute), a sophomore music education from Joliet, Illinois
  • Emma Donnahoe (flute), a junior music education major from Palmyra, IN
  • Jacob Engel (piano), a sophomore piano performance major from Avon, IN
  • Lily Kostraba (violin), a junior performance major from West Lafayette, IN
  • Chase Monroe (tuba), a junior music education major from Carlisle, Indiana
  • 洛根穆尼奥斯 (voice), a 4th year general studies major with minors in music and dance from Portage, IN
  • Tyler Smith (percussion), a junior music composition major from Elkhart, IN
  • Kaitlyn Stone (voice), a junior music education major with a theater minor from Vincennes, IN
  • Morgen Tillema (saxophone), a sophomore music education major from Wheatfield, IN
  • 莉莉沃兹 (voice), a sophomore music education from Columbus, IN
  • Jordan Witt (trumpet), a sophomore music education major from Terre Haute, IN.
